Disable HP Quick Launch Buttons

I am having problems with a HP 6910 laptop where the quick launch buttons occasionally decided to start changing settings randomly, and mainly loading the presentaion window when not pressed. The laptop has gone back to HP and they have changed the board and given the laptop back reporting now problems.

I have had a quick search and used "Regedit" to edit one of the registry settings to stop the startup as suggested by some results in google. Now doing this removed the buttons which was good but it also disabled the wireless from working alltogether.

Does anyone have any other fixes or anything?

I just do not install the drivers for them (personal preference). I guess you can disable them in the device manager (right-click / disable)
