SBS 2008 RWW - Standard Users cannot connect to desktops

I have RWW fully working on my network.  I can remote into any desktop on the network since I have administrative rights.  However, any Standard Users on the network do not get a list of available computers when the login to RWW for SBS 2008.  I have looked at all of the security settings and it would appear to be correct.  I cannot find why Standard Users do not get a list of available computers when the login to RWW 2008.

In windows sbs console> users and groups>users: choose a standard user and edit user account properties.
On the remote access tab is "User can access Remote web workplace" ticked?
If yes: Go to network>connectivity and run the repair network wizard.
I assume you have completed all getting started tasks.
