I am trying to coordinate schedules for the company.  We have about 25 users all on exchange using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Outlook 2003. I want everyone to be able to see everyone elses availability without any detail at a glance. I have not been able to successfully create a group (all members except myself show as "no info") and the group is not visible on anyone else's outlook calendar???

What you are trying to do is not a possible ouot of box in Outlook.
See you got to share the calenders, then the user got to open the respective calendar, else during scheduling he/she can see it.
