I am trying to coordinate schedules for the company. &nbsp;We have about 25 users all on exchange using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Outlook 2003. I want everyone to be able to see everyone elses availability without any detail at a glance. I have not been able to successfully create a group (all members except myself show as &quot;no info&quot;) and the group is not visible on anyone else's outlook calendar???
