mcods.exe

I have a process, mcods.exe, running in the background. It is a system file 68k right now and takes about 50% cpu time. I ended it and did not seem to loose any functionality. No unusual networking activity. What is it?

mcods.exe is a process that belongs to McAfee. You can find more information on it here:
