Apache Tomcat Cert Install

I have a Windows 2008 server setup to use Apache Tomcat 5.0. I have purchased a certificate from a third party for the Apache. I have not a clue on how to begin to place this cert into production. I have found many articles on how to perform the function but lack the knowledge to understand what the heck they are talking about. Everything keeps telling me to download JSSE and I cannot find nor know how to install the JSSE. I used this link and downloaded these instructions http://jakarta.apache-korea.org/tomcat/tomcat-5.0-doc/ssl-howto.html
which basically suck since I cannot figure out what they are referring to. They keep mentioning a Keystore which I cannot find on my machine nor can I figure out how to get a terminal to start so I can create a keystore.

There's no keytool.exe in e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\?

PS: Ask a moderator to add the zone "Apache Tomcat Application Server".

I loaded Java 6 and I now see the Keytool.exe file. I have tried to double click and I have tried to start the exe in a cmd prompt. I keep reading I need to start it in a terminal session. How do I do that?

I think they meant the command line (start --> run --> cmd) so that you can run something with parameters, like

C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\bin\keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA -keystore <your_keystore_filename>

as described in the section "Installing a Certificate from a Certificate Authority".

Well come to find out I had bought the wrong cert. I bought a cert for Apache Tomcat OpenSSL and I needed Tomcat Webserver SSL with a p7b extension. Once I was corrected on this I followed the link below on how to setup the cert.
