Please attached Mipa.java and ResultComparator.java
It seems you have syntax errors.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Sorry - typos there. Try

C:\java\bin\javac.exe   -classpath C:\Jts;C:\0804   -d C:\0804  C:\0804\com\mipa\platform\startup\Mipa.java

Doesn't even seem like a Java source file you're trying to compile
