Unable to transfer a 90gb file on my Exchange 2003 Server

I have a 2003 Exchange Server.

C: 60GB  (40gb free)
E: 80GB (75gb free)
F: 408GB (210gb free) - Holds Inf Store

Anyways I am using NTBackup to copy the information store onto the F: drive, and its about 90GB.  When I try to move this file to any other server or a large 200gb USB drive, I get the following error.

"Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"

I think, the solution could be backup over the network or directly to usb drive.

Just as addition:
To work around this problem, you may be able to copy or move large files by using backup or restore tools because these tools use different functions to read and write data.
