What happens if I only defragment the .edb file and not the .stm file?

I am testing an offline defragmentation of my Exchange database and I have a question concerning defragmenting my .edb file and not my .stm file. I used the /i switch to skip the .stm file and also am defragmenting them as tempdb.edb and tempdb.stm. If I complete this defrag, move the files back to the mdbdata folder on the exchange server, rename them to priv1.edb and priv1.stm and try to mount it, will it mount? Or will I get errors since the tempdb.stm is not the original .stm file?

The .stm files are defragmented at the same time as the .edb files.  The are essentially seen as one file by the exchange server.

Yeah. That is the case without using the /i switch in the eseutil to skip the .stm flie. I was more concerned with not defragmenting the .stm file. But, I just finished up some testing and got my answer.
