Hello,
Our financial software is used across the domain, accessed via a thin client on the users machine.  Does anyone know if there is a script which would force a logoff from an app after a certain period of idle time?

This depends on how the login information is held.

With the knowledge of how the manual logout process works, all you would have to do is add another variable to track activity (could use time stamp), then put in a timer to compare the current time to the time stamp and if it is after the determined amount of time, have the script perform your manual logout process.

Please provide more details of the platform and login variables.
