I can't Ping clients OpenVPN

I install OpenVPN server on Win2003
I install openvpn client with 2 XP Client

XP1 IP= 100.0.0.2 (allocated by VPN server)
XP2 IP= 100.0.0.3 (allocated by VPN server)

I Ping OK : beetwin XP1 (100.0.0.2) <-pingOK-> VPN Server (100.0.0.1)
          OK: beetwin XP2 (100.0.0.3) <-pingOK-> VPN Server (100.0.0.1)

But Ping Failed :  beetwin XP1 (100.0.0.2) <-ping FAILED-> XP2 (100.0.0.3)

I also disable all firewall!

What problem with my OpenVPN?

Thanks!

You need the keyword client-to-client in your server config file. This tells OpenVPN to allow for traffic between clients. Else only traffic to and from server will pass.

I have the same problem. I also cannot ping the clients from the server. Internet works fine through the vpn.
And I have the client-to-client option in the config.
