Problems With SBS 2003 Migration and MSExchangeAL Event 8231

Hi To All That Can Help

I had to Migrate and Old SBS 2003 Server to a New Hardware. All went fine until I had to uninstall the SBS 2003 Source Server. It locked me out becasue of NET LOGON was stopped and The new Destination Server didn't remove source server from the System Manager.

Now I have an Error  MSExchangeAL Event 8231"Permanent failure reported by policy group provider for 'CN=System Policies,CN=KIVURESOURCES,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=kivuresources,DC=local':'MAD.EXE', error=80040103.  Taking provider offline."

On Top Of This if I try to Add a Computer to the domain I get "Note: This information is intended for a network administrator.  If you are not your network's administrator, notify the administrator that you received this information, which has been recorded in the file C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.

DNS was successfully queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain kivuresources.local:

The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.kivuresources.local

The following domain controllers were identified by the query:

server1.kivuresources.local

Common causes of this error include:

- Host (A) records that map the name of the domain controller to its IP addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses.

- Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected to the network or are not running.

I have check y DNS and All point to correctly (I think),
NSLOOKUP
Default Server:  server1.kivuresources.local
Address:  192.168.10.2

When I tried to remove old server Manualy in System Manager I Get Error" Setup encountered an error while checking prerequisites for the component "Microsoft Exchange Server":
0XC007054B(1355): The Specified Domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

I will Run DCDiag And NetDiag

Thanks

[WARNING] Ths system volume has not been completely replicated to the local machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC.

This is a pretty big issue. Do you have any way of getting the old server back online? Did you ensure that all replication had occurred before removing it? How did you remove the old server? There is a very specific way of doing it. Did you transfer the FSMO roles?

I hope you have backups....

how did you migrate the SB server to a new one?

Did you perform a swing migration on it?
