Urgent Move printers to 2008 server?

We have a windows 2003 server that we need to move the printer to a 2008 server.  Is there a easy way to do this? We have over 100 of them and we REALLY do not want to re add them.  Most of them have some sort of customization and some have custom paper sizes that we manually made for that printer that we need to migrate... I think Microsoft makes a tool but I don't know how reliable it is in getting printer drivers and custom settings?

We use the microsoft printer migrator 3.1 to make daily backups of our printers and their drivers. I have used it to restore backups to other servers and the drivers and printers remain intact. You will however have to reshare the printers from the new server. I do not know about custom settings as all we use is 8.5x11, but since it keeps the common printer settings, i would assume it does what you want to.

we used http://www.petri.co.il/enterprise-print-management-in-windows-server-2008-part-two.htm and just rebuild the custom forms.  The print migrator didn't restore all the settings. for the most part the 2008 migrator worked but there was still a couple things that we had to do...
