to be more precise
i have two nodes ,node 1 and node2
and i have a san storage , created sever partiontions for seven storage groups (SG1- SG7)

for node 2, do i need to create the same way in a different location to store the SG and log files. ( CCR cluster environment)

For CCR you would need to have separate storage location for log files and database files

In CCR you cannot use shared storage as each node needs its own separate storage

SCC (Single Copy Cluster) on the other hand uses shared storage

For Node 2 you would need to create the same way as you did for Node 1 for both the database as well as the SG log files

dear FearNoMore:
i have already installed the active and passive nodes. i could give a seperate location for my second node for the database and log files. then can i move the path to new location on the second node.

Fill in the form and get your FREE NFR key NOW!

Veeam is happy to provide a FREE NFR server license to certified engineers, trainers, and bloggers.  It allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows. This license is valid for five workstations and two servers.

dear FearNoMore: :copy status shows as failed again, it showed healthy for a minute then goes back to failed on both nodes. Even i created a new SG and DB and did the same...but same copy status failed

I think that you would need to recreate the CCR nodes from scratch and this time give seperate storage locations while configuring itself.
Donot use shared SAN storage since this is not how CCR works
