No way.
But you can perform an installation on an internet enabled system, perform a system wide update and pick up all packages downloaded from the cache (make sure the option "leave packages in cache" is enabled). All those packages can be moved to a USB drive and executed on the networkless system. The result will be identical

Ill disagree with you there. Here is a link on the centos wiki site but it doesnt follow through. http://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/CreatingUpdateMedia. If you go to this link and click at the top for tips and tricks, then click on
How to create a DVD with the latest updates included, there seems to be a way to do it.
Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I'ts the thing I was saying -_-, no more and no less

You have to manually wget or ftp to download an entire folder of packages for an architecture of choice. I can tell you, at best, how to use one of those tools, if you tell me the URL of a server to "download"

Its not the correct answer though. Only one person responded to the post and it either needs more time to have other respond with input or if there is no solution then the question needs to be deleted. I posted a link to a site where apparently this can be done and was waiting for further input.
