The methods described above only work for users VIEWING their email in either Outlook or OWA. It does not prevent users from transmitting attachments around the network for delivery on other devices, such as a PDA, or sending such attachments externally.<br />

These approaches also do not allow you to scan inside compressed archives - you MUST block all .ZIP archives if you wish to prevent users sending compressed executables.<br />
