how to import table dump into a schema using any tool

I have a table say Table_A in a schema say schema_A in database say database_A. I have other schema schema_B in database_B has same structured table Table_B. I need to move across the data across these two tables with ease using some tool like sqldeveloper or toad etc. I see a option for exporting the data into .csv, .xls etc files. But i do not see any option to import the .csv, .xls files  though. Is there is a option i can do table import easily using tool.  Any links, resources, ideas, sample code highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can import CSV,XLS files using TOAD
Database->Import->Import Table Data
1.  Select Destination Schema, Object Type, Object Name.  Uncheck 'Grid is Read Only'
Click Next
2.  Select Source.  Select Excel file, File Path
Click Next
3.  Specify Source Data Details.  Verify the fields, if no change is required Click Next.
4. Here you should be able to preview the excel file data.  If everything appears fine, Click Next.
5.  Verify Destination (Table Columns) and Source (Excel Columns).  Keep ROWID (Destination column blank), If everything appears fine, Click Next.
6.  Preview Results. If all is okay Click Next.
7.  You should be done!!
