I have a single Dell PowerConnect 6224P layer3 switch,

The Powerconnect 6224P is the router for the network.  I have two subnet;
192.168.20.0/24 - computers (DHCP)
192.168.4.0/24 - VoIP phones (Static)
Each desk has a single CAT5 cable going to it, that plugs into the phone, and then i want to take from the phone to the computer.  Phones would be on one VLAN, and computers on another.

Can someone tell me how to configure so that I can use both network using single port.

What phones? The only way to do that is to use lldp, or if the phones add/remove vlan tagging (which they should). you will have to make the ports that the phones plug into trunk ports with both vlans and indicate on the phone which is voice and which is data.

again this depends on the phones being used.

present im using alcatel switch and its working fine, phone model is mitel. now i have to do the configuration using dell 6224p.

vlan database
map subnet 192.168.24.0 24 subnets-group 24
map subnet 192.168.30.0 24 subnets-group 30

interface  ethernet e1
switchport general map subnets-group 24 vlan 24

interface  ethernet e1
switchport general map subnets-group 30 vlan 30

switchport general allowed vlan add 24 untagged
switchport general allowed vlan add 30 untagged

this configuration works perfectly without doing any configuration on the phone. just plug the main cable to the phone and take another cable from the phone to pc.
