We have just installed and activate the outlook web access on our Exchange 2007 server, I tried to add a 3rd party certificate and latter when I open the owa I get the following error "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available"

I tried removing the certificate and still the error persist.

Can someone let me know why this is happening

    Accepted Solution

you have to remove the certificate from IIS administrative console and then run
iisreset/noforce command form cmd to block IIS from using it.
    alternatively you can run
    enable-exchangecertificate -Thumbprint xxxxxxxxxx -services "IMAP,POP"
    remove IIS from this certiicate
    get thumbprint from
    get-exchangecertificate -domain "mydomain"
