Default image icon view.

All of a sudden rather than see thumbnails of my photos I'm see the default beach scene which of course tells (shows) me nothing relevant about the photo.  Where is this controlled?

    You've probably just changed the View.  Go to the View menu and put it back to Thumbnails instead of Tiles, which is probably what it's on.
