Voip numbers

Is there any provider that can do the following?

Have one local voip number that forwards to skype
Allow to buy more local numbers that are aliases to the first number.

You should tell in what country are you living. Skype does not provide its services everywhere so this information has just local validity.

Answer to the second question is Yes because many VoIP providers do not charge monthly fee you may create and forward any number to any other number from the same (or even different) provider and it is obviously free as well.

You can purchase local numbers with Skype. It is called "Online Number".

A new service from Google called "Google Voice" would also work. It is currently in limited beta, but it would also work for this purpose.

Yes, the on-line number. But it is available in 20 countries only, so I've been asking the country. In these 20 countries the forwarding is possible but not for a free. More details are here:
