Yes, during the set up exchange install and RWW are separate; as they are in different IS directories, so you can have remote web workplace with out exchange.

I just goggled for a few minutes, but no can't point you to an exact article.
This knowledge comes from experience, as I have plenty of experience with SBS, and know how it functions.  Besides if everything was posted in articles, and you could just google it, I don't think you would of looked towards this site.

I agree, I'm just having difficulty getting it configured. RDP works but I can't get RWW working...

Ok well lets see where you are.  What are the issues that you are seeing?

Do you have ports 4125 and 443 open from the outside pointed to the server?

Can you resolve it inside (locally)?

Re-Running the Internet connection wizard sometimes helps.

I am not on site at the moment. I have a Linksys WRV200 router gateway that sometimes requires a reboot before it will let you log on. I have had trouble with this model more than once. I can log into the server using terminal server client but can't get logged into the router from either interface so I can't see the port forwarding tab. I believe the ports are forwarded but would have to go on site to be sure.

I already tried running the Internet connection wizard and the remote access wizard. I didn't see anything I wanted to change so I cancelled at the last screen.

I can be on site in 20 minutes if you want to help with this.

I am here for the rest of the evening, so that would be fine.

If you give me the outside domain, or ip add I can test to see if those ports are open and routed from here.

mikeewalton,
I'm on site now. I have rebooted the router and I can log into it now. 4125 was forwarded but 443 wasn't. test 66.128.x.x there is no public domain.
