We are using File Server Migration Wizard to copy our home users accounts across to a new server and some of the quotas are not applying to some people.

On the old server we were using individual shares for people and on the new one we want to have a root share and script it to all users below.

Why are some quotas not applying to some people?

Are the users still the owners of the files or changed the Migration Wizard the owner of the files? The Quotas are determined on who is the owner of the file(s).
