How to Check Realtime Status of user Account AD

I am looking for a way to report back to a textbox or the status of a user, IE. if i search for user A
is he unlnock, locked, enabled, or disabled?

How can i achieve that?

Ehh, i am having an issue seeing if the account is locked, i'm doing it a differnet method
