HI all ,
             I am having the ebooks. and they are around 20gb right now. and it is increasing day by day.
I want to share all this with my students. but i should have the name or rollno of student who downloaded it.
is there any this which can help me in this. any open source
any help will be appreciable

    I can offer suggestions, what you end up doing would depend on your setup and your specific requirements.

    For instance, you could install one of the many CMS packages and configure your users so they have to login to download.
    Or.... just use a .htaccess file with student userid's and passwords.

    If you want the quick option, htaccess, if you want something more configurable, use a CMS....
