Server - make policy Printer

On a windows 2000 advanced server I need to setup a policy on a domain, so every user that connects has added a default printer.
I can not find a way to do that in the policies - anybody help?

    hmm .. As far I can read is this about setting up so pc´s can browse and find printers. What I look for, is a policy that automatically, no matter which user logon, adds a printer (also setting up default)
