NAT software for windows XP

I have a cdma modem that requires proprietary software to log into the network before it can establish a ppp connection.  unfortunately the ppp connection has a wrapper on it that prevents ICS from hooking into it.

is there other software available for XP that will act as a Network Address Translation service?  freeware prefered, runs as a service or transparently prefered.
