Hi there is no possibilty to add 2 email addresses to Blackberry . Howerever you can redirect the emails from VIP mailbox to your company email address and chekc the emails on your device. TO differentiate the mails of 2 mailboxes. Please create a folder in your outlook and apply a rule to move emails for the VIP emails

Please revert in case of any issues

Hi, you can only connect 1 BES account to your device but you can add a BIS account for the second email address.  This can be done via the Email Settings icon on your device or via your carrier BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) website.  When you add the email address via BIS it will fail to detect your work email settings but you just need to choose the option to manually enter the details, then select the work email option and configure it to access your email via Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Actually it is possible, not necessarily recommended and you will need two BES to do this.  Check out:

You can use BIS to do this per the below instructions as mentioned, but realize you are going to be limited by BIS and if you are used to BES, its quite a drop off of functionality.  You would probably better off getting 2 bb devices then do the BIS/BES combo.

When we set this up as a trial a few years back the RIM techs said "There is a difference between what can be done and what should be done".  Apart from requiring a second BES server this solution causes issues in the beginning and ongoing (I have been called to fix the issues).  The BIS solution above will simply just give you VIP email with one-way synchronization (device to Outlook), but you will still have full BES functionality on your primary account.
