This server is found rebooting itself today. I searched event log, and found two events that are related. This server was found offline at 4:00pm, and then back online at 4:12pm. Before that, there was an error on atapi, at 3:57pm.

Can someone solve this problem for me?

this shutdown is related to your HDD or Array Controller activity. your hdd might have been in idle process or some of the process took a long time to be executed. in this case the ASR of the server might have been triggered.

try to run perfmon and monitor your Disk I/O,  disable the server's ASR (can be accessed thru BIOS or HP management homepage)

ASR - Automatic Server Recovery

check your IML logs (can be checked thru HP management homepage)

hope this helps.
