Creating a new UAT environment from a Live one

I am trying to create a copy of our live CRM system which is currently set up as follows:
CRM 4.0 on two load balanced servers
SQL on a seperate server
I wish to make a copy of this for testing purposes held on a single box with CRM and SQL both installed within the same domain as the live one.

Does anyone have a step by step guide on this?

    Well, the loose step-by-step is:

Install CRM in the Test Environment using the local SQL and local SRS.

Then make a copy of the Live Organization_MSCRM database and restore it to the TEST SQL.  Use Deployment Manager on the Test environment and IMPORT an Organization.  You'll point to your newly restored database (it should not have the same name as your initial setup organization).

If same active directory, mapping users will be easy, if different AD, you will need a user for each CRM user (by the book, you do, but you can leave some unmapped if it is just for testing).
