How to extract Drll BIOS

Hi guys.

This is the second part of my problem. Original post is here:

I have contacted Dell support now and they recommended (not supported by them) solution to try as a last rsort. I have added a link to this solution:
The problem I'm facing is that I cannot exctract the .rom file from Dell Bios .exe file to use in that solution. Dell Bios file I used can be found from here:
Any help is really appreciated as this is the last thing I can do to save the server.

You could have dell ship you a replacement motherboard overnight and save your hair.

I could yes, but this new mobo would cost me twice as much as the server was originally. And becuase this is just a test-server for me, I'm gonna scrap it probably. Thanks for your input.
