Yes - TSR has been part of the Sonicwall system for ages. It may be on a different menu, but it's there!

 A little more digging and I found this>
Firmware 6.x:
Select Tools > Diagnostics.  (instead of System > Diagnostics)
Select the Tech Support Report diagnostic tool.
