I have taken the full back up of the database from Source server and restring it onto Stand by server. I have scheduled this restore job.
Is there any way to fix the user permissions every day after restoring the database.

You shoudln't have to.  the users move w/ the db.  Once you move the logins, you shouldn't have to worry about the users anymore.

Have you moved the logins yet?
