Docking AIR Application to System Tray

I have created a very basic AIR application using Flash CS4.  I really would like to be able to minimise this app to the system tray with animiation when the users mouse rolls over the system tray icon.  I have looked on google however I cannot find any tutorials detailing how to do this in Flash CS4 only Flex.  So I guess my first question is 'Can this be acheived in Flash CS4? If so does any one know of a good tutorial where I can start or can someone provide the script?
