My browser is reporting BOTH MSIE 7.0 and MSIE 6.0 in the User Agent string. After I modify the registry to change the one entry that is showing 6.0, and run the javascript to display the UA string, it changes back to 6.0 again.<br />
The website I'm using for testing still shows I'm using MSIE 6.0.

The UA string, after you change it back to IE7, automatically changes back to IE6?<br />

If so, some program is setting your IE string to IE6. &nbsp;Check if your have a firewall or router doing that.
