Need ADM created for Registry Change via GPO

I need to deploy a GPO for the following:

"The GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue policy timeout can be specified in the registry in two locations:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

You can do this by adding a DWORD value of GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue with a number of seconds between 30 and 600."

Can someone please write me the following into ADM files, so I can import them into a GPO and then deploy.

Thanks All!

You can deploy them another way.  From regedt32, export the two settings to a file.  Then import them with a startup script which you can launch through GP.

Yes - but I don't wish to deploy in this fashion. I want it in a group policy. :)

Try this:
CLASS MACHINE

CATEGORY "Additional Settings"
  POLICY "Group Policy startup scripts"
    KEYNAME "SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System"
PART "Seconds to wait before trying to run the Group Policy startup script again:" TEXT END PART
    PART " " NUMERIC REQUIRED
      MIN 0 MAX 9999 SPIN 10
      VALUENAME "GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue"
      DEFAULT "60"
    END PART
  END POLICY
END CATEGORY

You should only need the policy setting; the other one will "tattoo" the registry, changes made there will remain in the registry if the policy is removed or set back to "Not configured"! In addition, you'll need to uncheck "Only show policies that can be fully managed" in the View > Filter menu of the GP editor to be able to see the policy. If you ever want to remove the adm file, set both policies back to "Not configured" before you remove the adm file from the GP editor.
