Print Window Takes Long To Open

I have a few PC's running XP SP3 and it when user hits print button the printer selection window takes a very long time to open. Only affecteing a very smal number of workstation right now.

They probably have print queues set up that are printing to non-existent printers.  E.g., perhaps a network printer was replaced/removed and they're queues weren't updated/removed.
