when you press F6 to add additional drivers, it searches the Drive A: for your SCSI drivers.  What you're looking for is a make boot type of program to copy your SCSI/RAID drivers to a floppy disk for you.  Does your SCSI drive connect on the motherboard on via an add-on card?  This may help you find the proper drivers for you setup.

Go to and pick the appropriate storage controller driver for your server.

You will either need to have the driver on a floppy disk available during boot and starting of the recovery console or slipstream the driver into your WIN2000 installation media if you don't have a FDD in the server.

In this case the problem is the windows 2000 setup doest not read the drivers unless the file txtsetup.oem is on the diskette.  There are only 2 drivers in HP for the proliant ML350 that have that file and those are not the drivers for the disk.
