Whenever this particular user logon she receive the message "unable to locate the message file *:\solomon\messages.csv". I can sign in to Solomon with my admin account fine without any kind of messages. What could be the issue with her particular profile that will cause this?

Thanks.

I guess for some reason the messages.csv file is missing from the main solomon folder so I did a search for messages.csv and found it at *:\Solomon\ASI_Custom\Patches\S601_SP1GA. I copied the messages.csv to *:\Solomon\ and it seem to be working ok.
