User did not get my reply email on Exchang 2007

I replied a message to a user but he did not get it but when I used the Trace utility on my Exchange 2007, I can see it was sent and delivered.  My user tried click on "Send and Receive" couple times or using OWA to check it, still no luck.

However; when I send him a regular email (not reply), he can get it.  He can get some of my reply, not all of them.

I am using Ex2K7 SP1.

I am attaching my snapshot of trace log from Ex2K7.

Is there any rule on the recipient's outlook to forward mails with specific subject to a differetn folder than Inbox? What does message tracking log say? Is that recipient having this issue for emails sent from other users as well?

there is no sub-folder.  the tracking log mentioned, received and delivered.
If message tracking says the message was delivered, then something has happened to it client side.

Junk email
User has deleted it and doesn't want to admit it.

Basically I believe message tracking more than I believe the user.
It will be (or will have been) there somewhere.

The other thing you can do is check the dumpster on the Inbox, as if a rule moved it, the message will be in the dumpster of the Inbox. In outlook with the Inbox folder select, select Tools -> Recover Deleted Items and see if the message is listed. If it is, most likely a rule moved it.

The other thing to check is make sure they don't have a filter set. View -> Current View -> Customize Current View, and make sure the filter is "Off"

If the message tracking logs indicate the message was delivered, it has been. It will be a client problem.
