We have two fiber switches at our work, an ex-employee changed the password on one of them and now no one knows the password.  Is there a way to reset the password on the switch without resetting the entire unit.  If I must reset the entire unit I will but I need instructions on that also.

hey
Here you go - just use the reset option if you cannot login - you won't lose your config
