My company is setting up a classroom for Engineering training on Unigraphics. We have a Linux server Suse 11.1      Since Unigraphics uses a great deal of data stored on our server, would 40 wireless laptops have major limitations and bandwidth problems compared to a wired network?  If the answer is no, what type of wireless equipment ( wireless router, ext... )would we need to accomplish a robust bandwidth for all 40 laptops.

What are the specs of the laptops and what type of wireless do they have?
It depends on the type of wireless network. Example if it an N router with N wireless card they can possibly do up 300mbs. If all the laptop are in the same room one router should be fine most router can handle up to 80 clients easy.
