gettin event ID 100 when logging in

i am getting the folowing error message when i look at my event viewer. this is a webserver that we host our websites on. users from the outside have access to this site. i am not sure if someone is trying to hack my system or what. if anyone has a way to stop this that would help.

it is running w2k3 sp 2
