Error message with deleted Public Folder database
i deleted a public folder because i dont need it anymore,heres what shows up:
The site-wide public folder database for administrative group 'Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)' has been deleted. Current public folder store: CN=Public Folder Database\0ADEL:2bd81246-97 64-4f77-a7 55-c9907c3 00d49,CN=D eleted Objects,CN=Configuration,D C=AGT,DC=l ocal.
i have exchange 2007. how can i get rid of this error message?

its been 6 weeks and i deleted it manually on the exchange server,removed everything from it.
no,i dont have and dont want a public folder. we are using sharepoint instead.

and exchange allowed you to delete it ?
do you have any other exchange server in your organisation ?
exchange needs a public folder for some system folders even if you are not using it it should be there

no,theres only one exchange in our organisation. i just deleted it and thats it. i didnt create any public folders in there
if you go to the private store right click properties what is it pointing at for default public folder ?

well,im not sure yet:
i have now one mailbox database which is on the first storage group.
you say, i should create a second storage group with a PB database on it and all will be ok?

domain admin which is member of all the exchange admin groups. im starting to get really frustrated

i have local admin rights on the exchange server.
yes,i have created the second SG.
it says, include inheritable permissions from this objects parents and it is set deny. that means,i cannot do anything on it.

change this to full control for your user and reset on all child objects

Just did it and it works now. ill try to do an exchange full backup and will see
