how to recover the output page to filter it?

hello experts,
i have a filter which can find specials tags i write in pages,
i'd like to pass the page content before render to be able to translate.

how can i recover the "html render page" in OnPreRenderComplete(EventArgs e)?

    You are trying to use an event OnPreRenderComplete! I think you can not get the rendered page before the rendering starts.

    thxs for reply CodeCruiser,

    is there a possibility to have the page in the last state as i would like to translate at the end? ,
    what i meant by "render"  is what we have as  a source in the browser. ( as info how shoud i say ? )
