Why do some incoming emails from existing Contacts insist on displaying the sender's email address in the From field rather than the Display As name that I have set up to show their real name. This only happens about 5% of the time, but it is annoying. Thanks!

Incoming emails not show Contact's Display Name

Interactions between email servers and clients are governed by email protocols. The three most common email protocols are POP, IMAP and MAPI.
