Adding a user in SQL Server 2005  without Login name.

As per the attached picture, I would like the 4th radio button to be marked, but I can't sice it's inactive.
I have to add a new user without login.

you can do like this from T-SQL


CREATE USER my_app_user WITHOUT LOGIN
go
