managing User access levels, providing to this new user restricted access for specific level like sh route, sh run, but NO ACCESS TO CONFIG T, Copy (in fact, no access to PRIV parameters with which you can modified current setting.).

1. Create pass protect
 config  # enable password andre level 10
2 How to assign commands to PRIV levels and enable command authorization??
   All config t, copy, Wrm, need to be disabled.
 config# enable password andre level 10
config#privilege ???????          sh run
config#privilege ????                sh route
config #aaa authorization????????
