How do I block individual email addresses and send a bounceback message using Symantec Mail Security 5.0.1?

We use Symantec Mail Security 5.0.1.

I want to block some individual email addresses and send a bounce back message telling them they have been blocked.

I have tried to go into Policies --> Sender Groups and use the Blocked Senders (Domain Based) but it continues to allow the email messages to be received.

Can anyone help explain how to get this accomplished?

after you added the domain....did you deployed the changes?
