When this problem arises, do you just delete the printer, and readd it? &nbsp;Or just update the drivers? If so, you might wanna remove the drivers altogether, and THEN install the printers with the latest non PCL6 ones....

I have a Windows 2003 print server and many HP printers. &nbsp;I seem to run across many times when people using the print server print from Excel and the HP printer prints out garbage. &nbsp;I have the newest drivers, and have tried PCL6/5e/PS and either excel docs print as garbage or t hey don't print at all. &nbsp;<br />

In one case like this I had to use drivers from a different model printer (that was older) to get excel docs to print right. &nbsp;Does anyone have any ideas? &nbsp;This is a 2430n HP printer.
