I have been asked how to make a meeting, with multiple attendees in different time slots.  The goal is to book 1 room all day(s) (so materials can be left, etc..), and invite attendees only for the time they are needed.  Some all day, some 1 hour, some the first half of the meeting, etc...  I have thought of two ways:

- Book the room all day for myself, then send separate mtg requests
(This will also show busy for the room all day without others trying to book it)

- Book with all attendees then send them an update (new time) individually as they accept

Thanks

Hello,

If I was doing this, I would go with your first option. If you book the whole day and invite all the antendees, it will cause their free/busy time to show as busy the whole day when they may only be involved in your meeting for an hour that day.
